* Makefile.in (SIM_OBJS): Add sim-module.o, sim-profile.o.
	* sim-calls.c (sim_open): Call sim_module_uninstall if argument
	parsing fails.  Call sim_post_argv_init.
	(sim_close): Call sim_module_uninstall.
