(dot_proc): Clear unwind.prologue_count to zero.
(dot_prologue): Increment unwind.prologue_count.
(dot_restore): If second operand is omitted, use

pop). Decrement unwind.prologue_count by number of regions

* gdb.c++/classes.exp (do_tests): Change runto statements
from "runto 'foo(void)'" to "runto 'foo'". This makes the
statements demangler agnostic.
* gdb.c++/virtfunc.exp (do_tests): Likewise.

(fetch_register): New function, uses some of the guts of
go32_fetch_registers and i387_supply_register.
