1bba340afe Redo watchpoint code so that it target can specify interrupt names. 
Replace v850 interrupt code with this common watchpoint code.

df2ea1f67a * emultempl/aix.em (gld${EMULATION_NAME}_parse_args): In 
expression produced for -bpT and -bpD options, align to a 32 byte
	boundary rather than an 8 byte boundary.
	* scripttempl/aix.sc: Put .tocbss at start of .bss section.
For AIX 4.2 support (PR 12957).

c2d708261f * cofflink.c (coff_link_check_ar_symbols): Handle C_SYSTEM syms 
the same as C_EXT syms.
        (coff_link_add_symbols): Ditto.
        (_bfd_coff_link_input_bfd): Ditto.
        (_bfd_coff_write_task_globals): Add save_global_to_static.  Use
        it to preserve and restore state of global_to_static flag.
