(stabs.info): Add $(srcdir) to include search path.
(html): Depend on "annotate_toc.html", and not "annotate.html".
* stabs.texinfo: Ditto. Include "fdl.texi".
* gdbint.texinfo: Update copyright statement's list of invariant
sections.
