4cecd73941 * dwarf2read.c (offreg, basereg, isderef, frame_base_reg) 
(frame_base_offset): Delete.

	Complain for DW_OP_reg* not at the end.  Remove DW_OP_breg* and
	DW_OP_fbreg support.

1abe91b1db * config/tc-mips.c (macro): Handle new macros: "lca" and "dlca" 
for loading addresses using CALL relocations.
Don't emit CALL relocations when a base register is used.
