* Added my UT47.2 Swedish layout with tap dance function. * Move tap dance over to user space * Removed config_common from config file * Changes to workspace with new support for code16. Tested ok * Swedish support * Added code16 version of tapdance to userprofile. * Created 4th layer and updated readme file.
