VIA Support: KBD75 rev1/rev2 (#8214)
* add a VIA keymap for kbd75

* rev2 is a completely different pcb allowing a NEW layout, setting this to have a different product id so users don't get confused when they're able to enable numpad layout on rev1 VIA

* Update keyboards/kbdfans/kbd75/rev1/config.h
