Remove BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE = lite option (#15002)
* remove BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE=lite setting

* change keyboard BOOTMAGIC_ENABLE rules

The RST pin and GND pin on the board can be quickly shortened twice to enter DFU mode, and then the program can be written.
