Update to xealousbrown. (#8215)
* Update to xealousbrown.

5-13ms Latency decrease, 4x scan rate improvement.
(CUSTOM_MATRIX = lite) is a really great feature!

* Updated Readme.md, added an extra speedhack.

* More optimizations
