* Adds JC65 ps2avrGB keyboard

* Adds default keymap

* Adds personal keymap

Migrated code from the BFake. Functionality only on BL_ON, BL_OFF,
BL_TOGG.

* Backlighting config adjustment

Only 1 level supported.

BL toggle added and RGB layer updates.

* Renamed jc65 ps2avrgb directory

Renamed directory for more clarity.
