Support for STM32 GPIOF,G,H,I,J,K (#10206)
* Add GPIOF/GPIOH. * Also add GPIOI,GPIOJ,GPIOK, to match ChibiOS 20.x. * Make GPIOK opt-in, describe what a keyboard designer needs to do in order to gain access.
