* tc-i960.h, tc-i960.c: avoid the ANSI preprocessor addition
#elif, since it is not supported by old compilers.
	ho-rs6000.h, tc-m68k.c: the native RS/6000 compiler miscompiles a
	couple of expressions in tc-m68k.c.
