mentioned there to srv_xmlfiles instead. Remove conditional tests
on gdb_cv_arm_iwmmxt, gdb_cv_ppc_altivec, gdb_cv_ppc_spe; set
srv_xmlfiles and srv_regobj to include all possible choices.
