J.T. Conklin 6b55e5e3b9 * configure.in (*-*-netware): Use config/mt-netware.

* config/mt-netware: New file.
* config/mt-i386-netware: Removed, separate configs for different
  netware architectures are no longer needed now that we have
  --with-headers.
