(COMMON_OBS): Add xml-builtin.o. (xml-builtin.c, stamp-xml): New rules. (xml-tdesc.o): Update. * features/feature_to_c.sh: New file. * xml-support.c (MAX_XINCLUDE_DEPTH): Define.
