Doug Evans 2e3cf129e6 * dwarf2read.c (dwarf2_cu): Add ranges_base.
Delete have_addr_base, unused.  All uses updated.
	(init_cutu_and_read_dies): Process DW_AT_GNU_ranges_base.
	(dwarf2_get_pc_bounds): Add ranges_base.
	(dwarf2_record_block_ranges): Ditto.

	testsuite/
	* gdb.dwarf2/fission-base.c: New file.
	* gdb.dwarf2/fission-base.S: New file.
	* gdb.dwarf2/fission-base.exp: New file.
