Stu Grossman 603900c746 * Makefile.in (HFILES): Add nm-i386sco.h.
* dwarfread.c:  include <sys/types.h> for SCO.
* infptrace.c:  Don't include ptrace.h under SCO.
* config/i386sco.mh:  Use -D_POSIX_SOURCE instead of -posix for
gcc.
* config/i386v.mt:  Add exec.o to TDEPFILES.
