Stu Grossman 4ed1437f34 * config/sim-gdb.exp (gdb_target_sim): Remove setting of height
and width commands. This is done elsewhere.
	* (gdb_start):  Don't call gdb_start_sim here.  That's already
	done in gdb_load. This fixes lots of failures in default.exp.
