	* ld-mips-elf/abiflags-strip1-ph.d: Ignore big/little endian
	differences. Ignore program headers other than PT_MIPS_ABIFLAGS.
	Do not force -32, -EB and ld emulation but instead rely on the
	test driver to build for some form of O32.
