must accept a signal number as parameter.
* config/rs6000/xm-rs6000.h (SIGWINCH_HANDLER): Ditto.
* utils.c (initialize_utils): Give a parameter to `SIGWINCH_HANDLER'.
* inferior.h (register_valid): Variable's type is `SIGNED char', not
`char'.
* findvar.c (register_valid): Ditto.
* defs.h (make_cleanup_func): Protect parameter list by `PARAMS'.
* gdbthread.h (unbind_target_thread_vector): Likewise.
