David Edelsohn 1cc9ed2959 * Makefile.in (libcommon.a): Delete.
(callback.o,targ-map.o): Delete, moved to Make-common.in.
	(gentmap,targ-vals.h,targ-map.c): Likewise.
	(run-autoconf): Delete.
	* aclocal.m4 (SIM_AC_OUTPUT): Redo creation of Makefile.
	(common makefile fragment): Moved back into ...
	* Make-common.in: Resurrect.
	* configure.in (AC_LINK_FILES): Delete, unnecessary now.
	* configure: Regenerated.
