	* config/sparc/tm-sun4sol2.h (FAULTED_USE_SIGINFO): Delete macro.
	* config/i386/tm-i386sol2.h (FAULTED_USE_SIGINFO): Delete macro.
	* config/alpha/nm-osf2.h (FAULTED_USE_SIGINFO): Delete macro.
