* gdbtk-cmds.c: Can't start using new API names yet.  Switch
          back
        to calling cygwin32_ funcs until some time has passed...
        * gdbtk.c: Ditto.  Also, include sys/cygwin.h for Cygwin,
          instead
        of providing own proto.
