Mark Kettenis b6197528ed * config/i386/tm-i386.h (REGISTER_VIRTUAL_TYPE,
REGISTER_CONVERTIBLE, REGISTER_CONVERT_TO_VIRTUAL,
REGISTER_CONVERT_TO_RAW): Remove defines.
(i386_register_virtual_type, i386_register_convertible,
i386_register_convert_to_virtual, i386_register_convert_to_raw):
Remove prototypes.
* i386-tdep.c (i386_gdbarch_init): Adjust for removal of the
macros mentioned above.
