* elflink.c (_bfd_elf_link_create_dynamic_sections): Don't create
.eh_frame_hdr section from here anymore.
(bfd_elf_size_dynamic_sections): Call _bfd_elf_maybe_strip_eh_frame_hdr
a little earlier.
