Ulrich Drepper 6c4b8d0f36 Correct reading of .dynamic section. 
(dynamic_section): Now a global variable.
(process_mips_fpe_exception, process_mips_specific, process_arch_specific):
New functions.
(get_file_header): Call process_arch_specific.
