	* python/py-type.c (pyty_codes): Move ENTRY (TYPE_CODE_BITSTRING) to
	slot 0.

gdb/doc:
	* gdb.texinfo (Types In Python): Mention gdb.TYPE_CODE_BITSTRING
	is deprecated.
