	* config/frv/frv.mt: New file.
	* config/frv/tm-frv.h: New file.
	* configure.tgt: Support frv-*-*.
	* Makefile.in (frv-tdep.o): New target.
	* frv-tdep.c: New file.
	* NEWS: Mention frv.
