	handling DW_AT_object_pointer, and workaround GCC PR 43053.

	gdb/testsuite/
	* gdb.cp/member-ptr.exp, gdb.cp/printmethod.exp,
	gdb.dwarf2/member-ptr-forwardref.exp: Adjust.
