Doug Evans d86d4aafd4 Remove all_lwps global.
* inferiors.h (ptid_of): Move here from linux-low.h.
	(pid_of, lwpid_of): Ditto.

	parameter is a struct thread_info * now.
	(aarch64_notify_debug_reg_change): Fetch pid from current_inferior
