	gdbarch_register_sim_regno.
	* sim-regno.h (sim_regno): Likewise (comment).
	* remote-sim.c (gdbsim_fetch_register, gdbsim_store_register): Likewise.
	* gdbarch.c, gdbarch.h: Regenerate.
