Joel Brobecker 8acc9f485b Update years in copyright notice for the GDB files.
Two modifications:
  1. The addition of 2013 to the copyright year range for every file;
  2. The use of a single year range, instead of potentially multiple
     year ranges, as approved by the FSF.

# This is a regression test for gdb/568 in the sources.redhat.com
# GNATS database. As of early June 2002, GDB could get sort of wedged
# debugging the program `killed.c':

# $ $D6/gdb/gdb -nw killed
