* Makefile.in: Change stamp-* files to s-* files.  Use bfdt.texi
	rather than bfd.texi.
 	(DOCFILES): Change bfd.texi to bfdt.texi.
	* bfd.texinfo: Include bfdt.texi, not bfd.texi.
