* config/tm-sysv4.h (in_plt_section): Add prototype.

	* maint.c (maintenance_translate_address): Avoid assignment
	inside if, per GNU coding standards.
	* symfile.c (simple_read_overlay_table): Avoid assignments inside if, per
	GNU coding standards.

	* monitor.c (parse_register_dump): Is really a void function.
	Add prototype.
	(monitor_read_memory): Remove unused variable "name".
	(monitor_read_memory): Remove unused variable "regbuf".
	(monitor_open): Remove unused variable "i".
	(get_hex_word): Apparently unused, #if away for now.
	(from_hex): Ditto.

	* i386v4-nat.c (supply_fpregset): Remove unused variable "regi".
	(fill_fpregset): Remove unused variables "regi", "to", "from" and
	"registers".
