* partial-stab.h: Call it.
	* stabsread.c (define_symbol) [STATIC_TRANSFORM_NAME]: Call
	STATIC_TRANSFORM_NAME to get the name and use minimal symbols to
	get the address.
	* sparc-tdep.c (solaris_static_transform_name): New function.
