5fff78c4e0 gcore, target: allow target to prepare/cleanup for/after core file generation 
Add new target functions to_prepare_to_generate_core and
to_done_generating_core that are called before and after generating a core
file, respectively.

This allows targets to prepare for core file generation and to clean up
afterwards.

1d1f1ccb33 make_corefile_notes: have caller free returned memory 
The various make_corefile_notes implementations for gdbarch as well as target
currently make an xfree cleanup on the data they return.  This causes problems
when trying to put a TRY_CATCH around the make_corefile_notes call.
Specifically, we get a stale cleanup error in restore_my_cleanups.

Omit the make_cleanup and have the caller free the memory.

3b7344d5ab use bound_minsym as result for lookup_minimal_symbol et al 
This patch changes a few minimal symbol lookup functions to return a
bound_minimal_symbol rather than a pointer to the minsym.  This change
helps prepare gdb for computing a minimal symbol's address at the
point of use.

Note that this changes even those functions that ostensibly search a
single objfile.  That was necessary because, in fact, those functions
can search an objfile and its separate debug objfiles; and it is
important for the caller to know in which objfile the minimal symbol
was actually found.

The bulk of this patch is mechanical.

b427c1bc16 remove exec_set_find_memory_regions 
exec_set_find_memory_regions is used to modify the exec target.
However, it only has a single caller, and so it is much clearer to
simply set the appropriate field directly.  It's also better for the
coming multi-target world to avoid this kind of global state change
anyway.

1e351ed1b3 gcore: Make tilde-expanded filename visible. 
Most commands in GDB show the tilde-expanded filename in user visible
output.  This makes gcore behave the same.

Before:

  (gdb) generate-core-file ~/a/b
  Failed to open '~/a/b' for output.
  (gdb) generate-core-file ~/core
  Saved corefile ~/core

After:

  (gdb) generate-core-file ~/a/b
  Failed to open '/home/pedro/a/b' for output.
  (gdb) generate-core-file ~/core
  Saved corefile /home/pedro/core

Tested on x86_64 Fedora 17.
