3c4e3186a4 * configure.in (is_cross_compiler): If we're building 
mips-sgi-irix6* native, turn on ENABLE_MULTILIB and set TARGET_SUBDIR.

forces it to build libiberty w/ the newly built compiler, solving the
n32 vs o32 problem doing the tests

ae1b99e42d Grrr. The mn10200 and mn10300 are _not_ similar enough to easily support 
with a single generic configuration.  So break them up into two different
configurations.  See the individual ChangeLogs for additional detail.
