c56e7c4390 Make ctxobj.exp and print-file-var.exp work on all platforms.
This patch adjusts the testing strategy used in a couple of testcases
where we are trying to print the value of a global variable defined
at multiple locations. The problem is that the actual value depends
on the platform. So instead of hard-coding the expected value in
the testcase script, we use local variables (in the inferior) holding
the correct value, and we compare the global variable's value with
the local variable's value.

gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:

        * gdb.base/ctxobj-f.c (GET_VERSION): Introduce local variable
        and add comment.
        * gdb.base/ctxobj-m.c (main): Rewrite, and add comment.
        * gdb.base/ctxobj.exp: Insert breakpoint in ctxobj-f.c using
        "STOP" marker. Adjust testing strategy to make it work on
        all targets.

        * gdb.base/print-file-var-main.c (main): Rewrite using local
        variables and adjust get_version_2's return value check.
        Add small comment.
        * gdb.base/print-file-var.exp: Insert breakpoint using "STOP"
        marker. Adjust testing strategy to make it work on all targets.

97ddaa9bd5 Add test for use of "<block>::<variable>" syntax for locals in watch.
First, fix a technical problem with the function recurser. The test sets a
watch on local_x at a point where its value is technically undefined. The
test is written assuming that the value is not initially 2, but nothing in the
C standard guarantees that.

Second, augment the existing test for variables in recursive calls to check an
equivalent expression that explicitly sets the scope of the local variable
being tracked.

dd11a36cfe thread-specific breakpoints not saved properly by save-breakpoint
Initially, I noticed that the save command was often missing
new lines in the file that it generated. For instance, consider:

        % gdb save-bp
        (gdb) b break_me
        (gdb) b save-bp.c:27
        (gdb) save breakpoints bps

The contents of the bps file would be:

        % cat bps
        break break_mebreak save-bp.c:27

Looking further into the problem, I realized that the missing newlines
are just a consequence of a missing call to print_recreate_thread.
After having generated the breakpoint location in the break command,
we cannot put a new line until we have looked at whether we need to
add a 'thread NUM' argument.

gdb/ChangeLog:

        * breakpoint.c (bkpt_print_recreate): Add call to
        print_recreate_thread.

gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:
