always putting it in section COMMON.
* mips.sc-sh: New file. Ultrix, and hopefully other MIPS ECOFF
targets, linker script.
* mipslit.sh: New file. Little endian MIPS emulation.
* config/mips-lit.mt: New file. Use mipslit emulation.
