784492b591 * configure.in: Call AC_ISC_POSIX near start. Move CY_GNU_GETTEXT 
after AC_PROG_CC.

	(build_asm_hash_table): Use them.  Hash macro insns as well.
	(cgen_asm_lookup_insn): Update.
