cac0dc8f4b Add gdb.ada/dyn_arrayidx testcase. 
This add a testcases that verifies correct handling of dynamicity
for lower bounds of arrays.

gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:

        * gdb.ada/dyn_arrayidx: New testcase.
