cc36acdfd5 If the target does not support an ELF style has table, return true, indicating 
that nothing needed to be done, rather than false, indicating that the
section's size could not be computed.

	unless we want one.
	(elf64_hppa_finalize_opd): Prevent segfault if dyn_h is NULL.
	(elf64_hppa_finalize_dlt): Likewise.  Prevent segfault for symbols
	with no section.  Remove unnecessary parentheses.
