Fred Fish	f0e8711d9e	Pick up SGI defines for langCplusplus, langCplusplusV2, stStruct, stUnion, ... and stEnum. The last three are required to be able to build the current checked in gdb on a non-sgi machine.	1992-04-14 21:34:02 +00:00
