dd75668920 reindent print_macro_definition 
I happened to notice that print_macro_definition is indented
improperly.  All the lines were a few extra spaces to the right.

This patch fixes the indentation.
Tested by rebuilding, committed.

0e9f083f4c remove gdb_string.h 
This removes gdb_string.h.  This patch is purely mechanical.  I
created it by running the two commands:

    git rm common/gdb_string.h
    perl -pi -e's/"gdb_string.h"/<string.h>/;'  *.[chyl] */*.[chyl]

dd9aa0484e add -Wold-style-definition 
This adds -Wold-style-definition to gdb's list of warnings.  This
found a couple of spots where "()" was used where "(void)" is more
correct.

Tested by rebuilding on x86-64 Fedora 18.

28e7fd6234 Update years in copyright notice for the GDB files. 
Two modifications:
  1. The addition of 2013 to the copyright year range for every file;
  2. The use of a single year range, instead of potentially multiple
     year ranges, as approved by the FSF.
