(DATA_SEGMENT_RELRO_END): Use SEPARATE_GOTPLT value.
	(GOTPLT): Remove DATA_SEGMENT_RELRO_GOTPLT_END.  Place after
	DATA_SEGMENT_RELRO_END in script.
