	--{no-,}plt-align.
	(plt_thread_safe, plt_stub_align): New vars.
	(gld${EMULATION_NAME}_after_allocation): Pass them to

	size.  Call elfcore_write_note for the local variables.  Remove the
	final elfcore_write_note call.  Add NOTREACHED comments.
