28e7fd6234 Update years in copyright notice for the GDB files. 
Two modifications:
  1. The addition of 2013 to the copyright year range for every file;
  2. The use of a single year range, instead of potentially multiple
     year ranges, as approved by the FSF.

Fix for gdbserver non-extended mode.
	* gdb.base/break-inline.exp (start): Replace "start" by gdb_breakpoint
	and gdb_run_cmd.

4cb6da1cdd * frame.c (find_frame_sal): Initialize sal->pspace field from frame 
data.
	* stack.c (set_last_displayed_sal): Validate that PSPACE is not NULL.

testuite:
	* gdb.base/break-inline.exp: New file.
	* gdb.base/break-inline.c: New file.
