bdbe77580e * config/mt-vxworks (LDFLAGS): Set to -r. 
(CFLAGS_FOR_TARGET): Removed.
* config/vx-gdb.exp: always set prompt; gdb.exp sets it to
  (gdb) and gdb for vxworks uses (vxgdb).
