Combine 32- and 64-bit versions of *_Internal_Dyn.
* common.h: Replace uses of Elf64_Word, Elf64_Xword typedefs
by their expansion.
* mips.h: Replace uses of Elf32_Word, Elf32_Sword, Elf32_Addr
typedefs by their expansion. Add DT_MIPS_RLD_MAP definition.
