None of the build problems were related to stdio.h inclusion. (n.b.

Remove to_call_function and target_call_function, since it
always calls the same thing (call_function_by_hand).

* remote-eb.c: Change timeout to 24 seconds (*10 fits in byte)
to account for slow loading from floppies.
